The Greater Prince George's
Business Roundtable Board of Directors is chaired by Timothy J. Adams.
Mr. Adams is the President and CEO of Systems Application & Technologies, Inc. (SA-TECH).
SA-TECH is a progressive and steadily growing professional services firm with origins in the high technology and technical support areas of the defense industry. SA-TECH's business lines include Technical Services (Engineering, Logistics, and Information Technology), Facilities Management, Investigative Services and High Level Security.
Mr. Adams holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of New Orleans. He also holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry from Xavier University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has also completed the Minority Business Executive Program at the Tuck College of Business at Dartmouth College.
Mr. Adams maintains an active membership in varied management, minority, engineering and charitable organizations.
Timothy J. Adams is an energetic, prolific and engaging individual. He is a prominent entrepreneur in a multi-million dollar security defense contracting and Homeland Security business. Mr. Adams exhibits, and is well regarded as an avid proponent of having exceptional leadership skills. He models these skills within his successful company, amongst his peers, and on the committees that he serves. He is deeply interested, involved and committed to civic, academic and community “quality of life” initiatives. He values and sustains positive, long-term relationships, and is a loving husband and parent.
Mr. Adams resides in Bowie, Maryland with his wife and three children.

The President
and CEO of the Greater Prince George's Business Roundtable is Mr. M.H.
Jim Estepp. Jim is formerly: Chair of the Prince George's County
Council where he served two elected terms; President Pro Tempore of the
Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments; Chairman of the Board of
the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments; President of the International
Association of Fire Chiefs; Director of the Maryland Security Council,
Office of the Governor; Fire & EMS Chief of Prince George's County
and Director of Public Safety for Prince George's County. Mr. Estepp
was named Citizen of the Year by the Prince George's Board of Trade, was
recipient of the Elizabeth & David Scull Award for Outstanding Regional
Leadership, COG's highest Award and The Tom Bradley Leadership Award from
the National Association of Regional Councils, its highest award. In addition
Jim received the Janet L. Hoffman award for outstanding local administration
from the American Society for Professional Administration (ASPA), Maryland
Chapter. He is a member of the Board of Directors, Congressional Fire Services Institute; a member of the Board of Directors, Prince George's Community Foundation; and a member of the Board of Directors, National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications.
Mr. Estepp serves on several national and local boards including
the Board of Visitors of the world renowned Maryland Shock Trauma Center.
Jim lives in Croom and is a graduate of the Program for Senior Executives
in State & Local Government at the John F. Kennedy School of Government,
Cambridge, MA.

William F. Chesley

William F. Chesley is Secretary/Treasurer of The Greater Prince George’s Business Roundtable.
Mr. Chesley is the President and Owner of William F. Chesley Real Estate, Inc. His company was formed in 1970 and has developed into one of the most successful diversified real estate companies in Prince George’s County and Anne Arundel County. While well known as a successful residential and commercial brokerage firm, the Company’s land development and construction division has built and leased many office complexes and retail centers.
As a native of Prince George’s County, William F. Chesley has a strong record of participation and involvement in the County’s business and community affairs and continues to contribute his time, effort and money to a wide range of programs and initiatives.
His unselfish dedication to his people and Prince George’s County has earned him numerous awards of appreciation for his efforts. In 1996, he received the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors Distinguished Service Award. In 1993, he was the recipient of the Prince George’s Chamber of Commerce Prince Georgian of the Year and W.F. Chesley Real Estate, Inc. was awarded the Prince George’s Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year award.
Mr. Chesley currently serves on the Board of Directors for CommerceFirst Bank and is a member of the Association of Realtors at the local, state and national levels. Mr. Chesley is a substantial contributor to the Prince George’s Community Foundation, Mission of Love, and University of Maryland Scholarship Program. He has held other titles and positions such as President of the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors, Member of the Prince George’s Business-Education Alliance Steering Committee, Member of Superintendent of Schools Advisory Council for Business and Industry, Chairman of the VIP Panel for United Cerebral Palsy, and member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Prince George’s Business Roundtable since its inception.
He is married with four children. |
